This is why people with perfect teeth naturally (wide arches, wisdoms in, straight teeth without ortho) will always age very well.

And i bet if you paid attention to centenarians a lot of them will be close to that.

If everything developed correctly this will cause the least wear and tear on the teeth as you age. And so arches will remain in tact longer.

It’s also why models tend to age very well.

but not porn actresses or women who have A LOT of sex in one day🙁. they die early and do not age well. look at the bodies of folks from one hundred years up

to the 70’s. they look light bright and happy. drugs crap food and this curve of spee. i’ve learned so much from your site.

Does this work if the person has had extractions for orthodontics, and wisdom teeth pulled?

I think my Reviv mouthpiece is being delivered today. After 6 teeth extractions, two rounds of orthodontics, and decades of issues since, I’m looking forward to practicing what I’ve been reading in your substack.

I also bought the skool pkg and plan to dive into that as well.

Hi Ken, would appliances like ALF or Crozat violate the principles?

no.. but i would put it mainly in the category of 'no impact'

i wrote about the alf and wore one for years. Even wear an upper alf now though i dont think it does much. Just like the way it feels.
