There is only one way that the body collapses
And therefore what I write here applies to pretty much all health issues
The youtube
A lot of folks ask me… does this apply to this or that.
For example earlier today someone commented on a youtube video whether this really applies to flat feet.
And my answer is almost always yes.
Which in most realms leads you to believe that you’re trying to cater to everything and everyone. And the pattern you typically see is that when you try to cater to everything, you are good at nothing.
This is very true in most things. But not in this.
And today I wanna talk a bit about this.
What is the gist of Reviv?
I like to constantly remind folks of the primary thesis of Reviv.
Why?
Because it sets the logic by which you can answer most other questions.
The primary thesis is that there are some basic biomechanics/physics that hold the skeleton and skull intact. And that if you do something to damage it, the whole thing can start to ‘collapse’.
And that essentially disease & aging are the result of this collapse. As well as assymetry (ugliness) and obesity.
How do you damage these physics? You flatten the curve of spee that is represented by the line at which the upper and lower teeth make contact (see pic above).
This curve can be damaged by numerous things…. orthodontics, grinding your teeth, extractions, or you can simply misdevelop from the time you were born.
I am basically saying almost all illness is a function of this collapse
Think about what can cause illness…. you can broadly bucket things into:
genetics
lifestyle
physics (ie. my collapse)
And i’ve talked before why I think genetics plays a pretty insignificant role in reality. Because you can find so many exceptions to things being ‘genetic’.
Same with lifestyle. You’ll find so many exceptions where people do tons of exercise and eat healthy but remain obese.
Or skinny people who eat whatever they want, don’t exercise, and remain skinny.
You will literally find millions of these exceptions all over the world.
Therefore my strong view (that is backed up by a decade of observations of various patterns) is that the physics is the root of most evils. It is what causes almost all illnesses and various damage to your body.
Are there perhaps some things that are truly genetics or truly lifestyle? Yes of course.
But I’d say that that is the minority. As in… i literally think the physics I talk about accounts for about 98% of all shit that happens to your health.
Reversing this collapse fixes almost everything
The good thing about something that is physics is that it can be reversed via physics.
You cannot really say the same for genetics and even for lifestyle certain things are very hard to reverse.
But when its physics.. you generally put the opposite force and voila! You reverse the collapse.
That is exactly what Reviv does by stretching the soft tissue that enables the curve of spee to come back. How?
The cranial bones and skeleton all start to come back into aligment. And when they are in the proper alignment you will by default have a pretty good curve of spee.
Are there other treatment approaches that fix ‘other’ things?
This is a question i get a lot.
People will ask things like… “But can’t i speed up the process by using a palate expander at the same time?”
Answer: No. That violates how the physics work because you are not stretching the soft tissue… rather you are artificially forcing structures to move.
Or another one i get a fair bit is whether things like facepulling works? And this is an example where it more or less coincides with what I am saying because you are stretching the soft tissue naturally.
You are not forcing the structures to artificially move somewhere.
Same with Mewing, myofunctional therapy, yoga, and osteopathy. They are all complementary because they do not force.. rather they stretch.
And stretching will generally accelerate the process that the Reviv is doing. But you must wear something like a Reviv (or flat plane splint) at night to hold your gains.
This is the way to think about it.
Closing thoughts
Any treatment approach you do either violates, accelerates, or has no impact on the physics that I talk about.
Violates = extractions, orthodontics, some surgeries, etc.
Accelerates = osteopathy, yoga, myofunctional therapy, Mewing, etc.
No impact = most pharmaceuticals, the food you eat, etc.
And so this is how you should think about any other treatment approaches you choose to do.
But there is NO OTHER PHYSICS by which the body operates. And probably about 98% of all things are rootcaused in these physics.
A metaphor would be gravity.
If you drop a ball from the roof of a building… there are certain things that will impact how long it takes. For example the mass of the ball, the shape of the ball, how high the roof is, etc.
And there are certain factors that will play zero role. For example what color the ball is, its texture, etc.
And as you join me on this Reviv journey… my job is to break you out of the Matrix that we’ve been taught to live in… so that you too can see the world like this.
And once you do… i guarantee you that everything you see around you each day will start to make a hell of a lot more sense. Because it literally all fits into this same pattern.
And i’ve been paying attention to this shit for nearly a decade.

This is why people with perfect teeth naturally (wide arches, wisdoms in, straight teeth without ortho) will always age very well.
And i bet if you paid attention to centenarians a lot of them will be close to that.
If everything developed correctly this will cause the least wear and tear on the teeth as you age. And so arches will remain in tact longer.
It’s also why models tend to age very well.
Does this work if the person has had extractions for orthodontics, and wisdom teeth pulled?
