I'm beginning to make more sense of all of this! I took a walk with my dogs last night, and afterwards realized that I should've done it with my Reviv in...it logically just makes sense to me that keeping the space and stretch in the soft tissue of my jaw will facilitate movement in the rest of my structure!

Whey you say "Change is visible by the shape of the eyes" do you mean the same thing that looksmaxxers do when they say "hunter eyes"?

i believe it's more or less the same thing.. but i don't get into as deep an analysis.

i just look at people's faces as if they are a balloon for years.. and can kind of see where they are dented and deflated without trying.

And eyes are one thing that always stand out to me if they've changed.

Thanks Ken brilliant post 👍

My Reviv journey has slowed down considerably but tbh I wasn’t expecting it to be carrying on at the same rate. I made significant progress in just 2 or 3 weeks so I wasn’t unduly disappointed when things slowed down.

I have been doing face stretching exercises as well as wearing the Reviv every night. I had a few twinges in different parts of my body like things were getting straightened out particularly my back and right hip. I have been trying to ease these out with a bit of walking and it seems to have done the job.

I was just wondering what else I could do to improve? So now I have it 🤣👍

Thanks Ken for sharing I can’t wait to give it a go and I will keep you posted 🙏

awesome! yes methodically work every tight part in the body. The goal is full flexibility.

You should start to learn how the body works more and more as you do this.

Rebecca - i said it should help because i'm pretty sure any spinal issue can be improved and potentially fixed with this process. Once you see and understand how it works.

But you need to put in the work.

Can you explain how the mandible might widen with this technique ? Somehow I can imagine it more with the maxilla.

i view that the soft tissue that covers the entire skull and jaw inflates almost like a balloon and does so the point that it stretches and rips the skin as i talk about here https://reviv.substack.com/p/i-rip-through-the-soft-tissue-of

As the jaw sits in this balloon as well i view that both improve in relative harmony
