I rip through the soft tissue of my face and scalp daily
Basically i do some jaw stretches that result in tke skull 'inflating' right through the skin and ripping it. This happens daily for almost two years.
I’ve mentioned in some posts in the past about the ripping of the soft tissue that occurs. And today i’d like to go into a bit more detail and explain what i mean more.
Note that I wrote a whole post earlier about the soft tissue here:
It is this ripping of the soft tissue that in my mind distinguishes me from anyone else out there. Be it dentist, DIY technique, etc.
I’ve stood on a lot of shoulders in figuring this stuff out… but this soft tissue part is all me. It required experimenting on myself like a madman for years.
And in my view it is the absolute game changer.
The thing that changes humanity in a major, major way.
Now let me explain.
What is the ripping that occurs?
For about two years now, I've been ripping through the soft tissue of my face and scalp pretty much every day. When I say "ripping," I mean literal ripping - skin flakes off my scalp, sometimes in chunks, not just little flakes.
These flakes were from me lightly scratching my had some months back.
But more or less the same thing happens now. Each and everyday.
Sometimes my skin even rips and peels on other parts of my body like my arms and legs.

It sounds gross, and honestly, it kind of is. But i’ve come to know it as part of the process.
What triggers the ripping?
This isn't random - it only happens after I do my jaw stretches, what I call my "fast method."
I do these stretches for a couple hours each day. Anytime i’m on a call where i don’t have the video on or for an hour or so before I go to bed while I'm watching YouTube or Netflix.
There's clear cause and effect here - if I don't do the stretches, no ripping occurs.
So this isn't dandruff or some skin condition. It's a direct result of these specific biomechanical stretches.
Also, to appease my wife about a year back that it would not go away with dandruff shampoo…. I let her buy the most powerful anti-dandruff shampoo she could find and i used it for about 4 months straight.
I still ripped and flaked like a champ. Daily.
Why does it occur?
I believe what's happening is that my skull is literally expanding and ripping right through the skin and soft tissue.
Kind of like when ice expands and cracks concrete.
The volume of my head has probably increased by at least 20% in the past 3-4 years. ie. My head has gotten a shitload bigger and the complexion has changed/improved a ton.
But it's not just my head - my whole body is "inflating." My upper back has gotten a lot bigger, my limbs, etc.
For example above is my finger after i had to have my wedding ring cut off in February. It had gotten too painful to keep on. And note that in late 2020 when i was doing badly.. i used to slip my ring on and off as a habit in meetings b/c it was so loose.
And even 9 months later i still have a mark left from it.
And when I say inflating, I don't mean getting fat. You pretty much can't pinch anything on my body - there's no fat to grab. I haven’t had my body fat measured but I bet it would be very low.
Am i saying that I already have a great body? No. This happens at the end when the spine fully corrects.
That is what I saw back when i did this the first time, which i believe was around 2016.
The jaw/profile corrected, the whole spine went clack-clack-clack, and i was pulling my neck longer as if pulling on a rubber band. It blew my mind.
When does this end?
This process ends when you completely break through the soft tissue in the chin area.
When you get there, your skull and body come into complete symmetry. You literally feel like a beast - with very healthy levels of testosterone. Your entire system just seems to work perfectly.
Unfortunately after achieving this back around 2016… i then rapidly screwed it up by locking the wrong occlusion.
But i’ll re-achieve it again in some months. And will document my journey the past 3-4 years in a way that I think will be irrefutable. Even by the doubters.
Broader implications
Now here's the crazy part - I believe anyone can achieve this.
You don't need to exercise or diet. Age and genetics don't matter.
I’ve been pigging out the whole time and haven’t stepped foot in a gym in over 4 years.
Is anyone else out there doing or saying this? Not that I know of.
And anyone who doesn't know how to rip through the soft tissue like this doesn't understand how to do this process quickly.
And if you can't do it quickly, you'll never get to what I call "the end."
By "the end," I mean achieving a perfect body and perfectly symmetric face at any age, regardless of genetics, exercise habits, or diet. This isn't theory - I've done it before and I'm doing it again now.
Closing thoughts
Using a rubber guard like the Reviv One works, but it's relatively slow. It'll get you out of symptoms, which is great, but it won't take you to "the end."
The reason I've been able to make such definitive conclusions about these biomechanics is because of this fast process. When you get closer to the end… the process and pattern becomes very clear.
I believe this process might someday be seen as more significant than any medical innovation in human history. Because I believe they will conclude one day that it reverses aging and is the root cause of disease and beauty.
But for now, I keep ripping through soft tissue every day and watch a bunch of skin pile up underneath me. Hahaha
But stay tuned - I wouldn’t say this stuff publicly unless I was very confident I could back it up ;)
I have been exercising with a mouth guard recently and definitely feel stronger and more aligned while I’m clenching my jaw while lifting. It sounds like you’re endorsing this but also saying that your stretching technique is the opposite, expanding rather than contracting. I have an idea of how you might be doing this from what you’ve written but dying to understand.
If you need a test subject to validate your technique I might be a good choice. I have a lot of asymmetry - the muscles in my legs are different sizes, one leg longer than the other, hips not level, spine curved as a result, head wants to tilt to one side.
You said a lot without really saying anything at all. This reads like one of those internet scams where they go on and on about how wondrous it is without giving any details about the thing in question.
