I have been exercising with a mouth guard recently and definitely feel stronger and more aligned while I’m clenching my jaw while lifting. It sounds like you’re endorsing this but also saying that your stretching technique is the opposite, expanding rather than contracting. I have an idea of how you might be doing this from what you’ve written but dying to understand.
If you need a test subject to validate your technique I might be a good choice. I have a lot of asymmetry - the muscles in my legs are different sizes, one leg longer than the other, hips not level, spine curved as a result, head wants to tilt to one side.
It's not that what im doing is 'opposite' per se. Just different.. because im usually not doing any exercise.
The problem with doing test subjects is that once i've taught one person how to do it than it becomes impossible to control. Because once you understand how this stuff works and are doing it daily... it starts to become very clear just how deep this shit goes.
And how deep this shit goes.. is a new multi-$trillion industry because it touches everything humans care about.
The main question is how to create a business model that actually taps that potential.
You said a lot without really saying anything at all. This reads like one of those internet scams where they go on and on about how wondrous it is without giving any details about the thing in question.
I don't even know what you are talking about. Ripping off the skin. Tell me please what the goal is here. Just give me an idea of what's the purpose of why you are shedding the skin, besides making it new and soft I asked before it it possible to straighten a spine?
Doing this could this untangle a crooked spine, I notice you said your spine went crack, crack, crack. This is the ultimate exfoliation. Like a snake shedding its outer layer.
Hi Ken - after reading of your flaking and breaking through the soft tissue and fascia experience yesterday I suddenly remembered, in the evening, a podcast I listened to a while ago from the Block Therapy team. In particular, Deanna here sharing her experience with losing her hair which led to doing block therapy to work on the fascia (if I remember correctly). At about 30 minutes in this podcast she talks about crazy flaking she has experienced, which may be the very flaking you know of: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L70MgGyOw4o I just skidded through to find the spot, but she is also talking about her eye moving outward, and explains the process in an interesting way. This may interest you. If links aren't allowed, the video is "Nourishing Your Hair with Fascia Release" from "Block Therapy - Changing Lives One Block At A Time."
Ok so try just moving your face around, expanding and contacting from the jaw, push your tongue up on the roof of your mouth - top and side - and around all your teeth like you’re trying to brush with your tongue, (look up mewing, it’s in one of these posts) and suck like a bay on a soother - etc, etc - try stuff out…you’ll maybe get on the right track????
Thanks for letting me know I'm on the right track. The mouthpieces (for my wife and I) arrive in a couple of days, but in the meantime I've been just trying to open my mouth more and expand my ribcage. It'a amazing how constricted your whole body can become. I also noticed that when I open my mouth, the muscles in the front of my neck activate. Strengthening these muscles seem to be very important. Thoughts?
So this is what I've been doing. When stretching or exercising, instead of thinking about tightening the correct muscles, I've been thinking about trying to "inflate" the muscle or group of muscles I"m using. For the whole body, I've been thinking about becoming one of those gigantic "parade float" balloon characters, slowly swaying in the wind, fully inflated. It's not easy, and hurts just as much. Am I on the right trajectory??

yes exercising with a mouthguard is good.
It's not that what im doing is 'opposite' per se. Just different.. because im usually not doing any exercise.

actually i disagree quite a bit
a highly logical mind could deduce a lot from what ive already said in this post and others.. and reverse engineer most of what i do.
but yeah... im not giving this away.
Also internet scams dont usually have 5 different people saying they got out of brain fog with my help in 1.5 yrs.
Please can you give details of what you do ? I just really want to try it
for now it has to remain a secret.
But figure out exactly how and why the rubber guard works and how to accelerate it.. and it will lead you in the right direction
If it has to remain a secret then why are you posting it
i want folks to know what is coming
and i want folks to know why im so confident i know how this stuff works probably better than anyone else out there.
and so when i say to wear a rubber guard... it is because i know the core mechanic by which this stuff unravels

it relates to my ‘balloon theory’.. easiest to just read this article: https://reviv.substack.com/p/so-why-do-the-teeth-relate-to-your
Doing this could this untangle a crooked spine, I notice you said your spine went crack, crack, crack. This is the ultimate exfoliation. Like a snake shedding its outer layer.
yes thi sis a good visualization.
i like to think of it as mangled bones taped up and now you unravel the tape so that it can straighten
je suis aussi du même avis ..quels sont ces étirements ?
pour l'instant, cela doit rester secret
donc si mon le mâchouille ça peut aussi accélérer ?
chewing does accelerate it a bit. But it will also damage the appliance faster
Donc il s'agit d'étirer les muscles masseter ou sterno
if chewing were the key... than both Myomunchee and OSB would have figured out and started saying what i did 20+ yrs ago.
As both of those rubber appliances consist of a protocol in which you chew on it. And the appliances were designed to be chewed.
The Reviv One was not designed to be chewed as i dont chew.
perhaps... but i don't think viewing it this way is going to accelerate it that much.
you need to think more about tissue and less about muscles
Hi Ken that’s a shame but thanks for your reply and for the clue I will have to try and work it out 🤞👍

I just listened to a bit of it.. yes sounds pretty similar…
I noticed that the flaking used to be mainly on my forehead, just between my eyebrows- Like the location of the “third eye” idea.
Then several days ago, there was a release on the top of my right ankle.
In recent days, there’s no flaking in that area of my forehead and instead flaking has manifested on my cheeks just to the outside of both nostrils.
nice.. yes makes sense.
You're using a rubber guard now?
As i thought u were still on starecta no?
Thanks for letting me know I'm on the right track. The mouthpieces (for my wife and I) arrive in a couple of days, but in the meantime I've been just trying to open my mouth more and expand my ribcage. My view would be dont think about 'strengthening muscles'.
That most likely works against you.
Rather the way that i like to view the body and skull as follows..
Imagine all of the soft tissue and muscle was removed and you twisted the skeleton. Every single bone including the bones of the skull.
Than you taped the whole thing up with duct tape.
It's been taped up completely mangled. Including all the muscles.
Would you want to strengthen muscles in such a scenario? No.
You want to unwind the duct tape.
That is what this process does with the Reviv One.
Am I on the right trajectory??
just wear a rubber mouthguard when exercising.
The key is to get out of your current occlusion.
You do not change your body without changing your occlusion (how upper and lower teeth come together)
My view is... forget philosophy. Focus on physics.
