The Mystery Piece of the Puzzle is.... Soft Tissue.
This area of the jaw is one of the best places to look to gauge progress when doing my protocol
You might be still thinking to yourself…. who is this guy and why does he make these outlandish claims?
Why does he seem so confident? Maybe he is just full of shit?
And if this is what you’re thinking… I don’t blame you.
But if you stick with me in the coming weeks I’m going to try to download as much of my brain on this stuff as I can. So that perhaps you get a glimpse of how this entire logic pieces together through my eyes.
And today i’m going to talk about one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle.
The soft tissue.
This is the piece of the puzzle that in my view differentiates me from any of the many folks I have learned from along the way. And I figured this part completely on my own while experimenting on myself.
There is nobody else out there that I know of who understands the soft tissue like I do. Now let me explain what I mean.
The goal of my protocol is to stretch the soft tissue
If you read this earlier post about my ‘balloon theory’, then you understand what I mean when I say that you are literally expanding the skull outwards.
It stretches outwards each day and you literally rip right through the skin on various parts of your scalp and face.
I have this happening for over a year now. It’s part of the process.
Sometimes it’s disgusting because i have skin coming off various parts of my head on a daily basis. Sometimes it is not just flakes but actually chunks of my scalp.
And afterwards your complexion continually gets better and better. I literally think i’ve removed like 10-15 years of aging off of my face in the past ~3 years already. And it’s still improving daily.
Also the flaking doesn’t just happen at random.
It happens after I do my special jaw stretches. Because they essentially induce a stretch on the skull.
And if I don’t do my stretches..then no ripping/flaking occurs. ie. I know for a fact there is direct cause & effect.
This area under the chin is a very good way of measuring your progress
I’ve found that the area under the chin is the best place to measure your progress in this game. If you see this ‘crease’ that is formed when I put a tissue under my lower lip, that line essentially represents how much further you go.
The goal is to push this line completely to the edges of the jaw.
I like to think of this a bit like “pulling gum from a wall” except that you cannot just pull it free with your hands. Rather you need to do my protocol and it takes a lot of time.
Also note that as you make improvement you are not just stretching the tissue in this chin area… rather it’s actually stretching in all parts of the body in my experience.
And so while I refer to the chin, it is only because this is the best place to actually visualize your progress.
The definition of done
Once you have completely moved the crease to the edges of the jaw than you are done with the protocol.
I did this at least once and perhaps 2-3x back around 2015-17.
I remember exactly what happened… the skin breaks on all parts of your face and jaw as if you had a bad sun burn. Then at some point the jaw and cervical spine reposition and your face comes into pretty much perfect symmetry.
Also there was a major change in my spine when it happened and it felt as if I was taller.
I’d achieved a pretty much perfect body and perfectly symmetric face while not having done any exercise at the time. Nor paid any attention to my diet.
And I literally believe that any human being that is able to achieve this with the soft tissue will also achieve the same. Because it will essentially mean that all of the bones are correctly positioned and you’ve removed the soft tissue constraints that were holding them out of position.
Anyone that doesn’t ‘get’ this is by my definition not in the same league as me
Sometimes folks compare what I do to folks like Mike Mew or some other splint therapy approach.
And my simple question is… are they able to continually expand the skull to the point that it rips the skin and the skin flakes off daily?
What does that look like? Well… basically i do my stretches daily till some version of this happens (and note that I do not touch my face with my hands at all).
The skin will have recovered by the time i wake up the next morning. I do my stretches and by the evening this is what it looks like again. I do this every day and I rip the skin everyday for over a year now.
This is the ONLY way that you expand the skull significantly and ‘recover’.
So if the person is not achieving this than they are not in my same league. Period.
Because you absolutely need to be able to break through the skin to fully correct the spine and skull.
Things like Mewing plateau way before it ever gets near to what I am able to do. That is why the most aggressive thing he says/shows is that it will make some improvements in how your face looks.
Whereas when I am done in some months I will show you some before and after photos that clearly show I completely remodeled my skull and entire body.
While doing no exercise and pigging out at 47 yrs old.
And it’s why I am much more aggressive than the Mews on just how far this thing goes… I am actually very confident that this process is at the root cause of disease and aging.
But more on that later… stay tuned!
All sounds amazing but what exactly are your stretches?
