What Likely Happened to Selena Gomez
From great structure to physical and mental health collapse by her mid-20's. There's only one culprit I know of that can cause this :)
Check out the youtube…
The other day I was on a call with my dad and for some reason the topic of Justin Bieber came up.
My dad for some reason knew that he and his wife Hailey Baldwin were having some marital issues and supposedly she cheated on him.
I don’t typically care about this celebrity bs… but I do pay attention when i think my dental hypotheses are at play.
And this chat reminded me of Bieber’s ex…. Selena Gomez.
I thought to myself… “Hmmm. With her ups and downs she fits the pattern exactly. I bet she did orthodontics.”
And so I did a quick ChatGPT check and voila! I was right. She did braces.
I knew I was going to be right.
Because when i see these patterns and then check if they did something to their teeth… I ALWAYS END UP BEING RIGHT. lol
In any case… let’s talk a bit about Selena today… shall we :)
Selena Gomez had very good structure when she was dating Justin
During the early 2010s, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were arguably the most famous young couple in entertainment.
When they started dating in 2010, Selena was 18 and Justin was 16. Both possessed excellent facial and body structure which contributed to their status as teen idols.
Their on-again-off-again relationship continued until early 2018, when they finally split for good. Shortly after, Bieber married Hailey Baldwin.
Later Selena put on weight and had health issues
Around 2018-19, at age 26, Selena's appearance began to change noticeably as she gained weight.
But the physical changes weren't her only challenges. She had been diagnosed with lupus, which led to a kidney transplant in 2017.
She also struggled with anxiety and depression, and in 2020, she revealed a bipolar disorder diagnosis.
This combination of physical and mental health challenges marked a dramatic shift from her earlier years.
Why was it happening to someone who had been so structurally gifted only some years earlier?
Whenever I see this pattern, I look to see if they did orthodontics
This pattern - a celebrity with excellent structure experiencing both physical and mental health challenges at a relatively young age - is one I've observed repeatedly.
In nearly every case, investigating their dental history reveals orthodontic work, typically braces or Invisalign.
Sure enough, Selena had braces at age 12, before her rise to fame.
Also she is clearly old than 12 years old on this pic above.. so I have a feeling she might have been wearing them again around 15 or so.
In any case this timeline fits perfectly with the pattern I've observed countless times in the past.
Plus i can tell by the lines of her skull that there have been a lot of negative soft tissue changes… basically indicating her skull has ‘deflated’ as I like to say.
Remember that the collapse process takes place over the next decade or two
The effects of orthodontic work often manifest gradually over many years.
The dental "curve of spee" - the natural upward curve of the teeth from front to back - typically flattens over time as teeth continue to shift. They shift because they were never stable in the position that the braces/aligners had put them.
And sometimes the person is also grinding their teeth, which accelerates the process.
Additionally, initial orthodontic work often leads to subsequent dental interventions, each potentially contributing to further structural issues.
For example i found this veneers website online which claims that she clearly had veneers on in these pics below.
In Selena's case, the timeline aligns well - braces at 12, followed by a decade of gradual changes and potentially further dental interventions, with more significant health issues emerging in her mid-20s.
This progression is very consistent with what I've observed in many others over the years.
Closing thoughts
When you see the same sequence repeated over and over again - early orthodontic work followed by health issues a decade or two later - it becomes difficult to dismiss as coincidence.
Yet somehow, the medical community continues to have this shit completely fly over their heads.
I challenge anyone to find a celebrity who had excellent structure early in life, never had orthodontic work, but still experienced this kind of physical and mental health decline in their prime.
So far, I haven't found one.
This isn't about criticizing Selena Gomez - she's been remarkably brave in sharing her health struggles publicly. Rather, her story serves as a high-profile example of a pattern that affects countless others. The difference is that most people's transformations don't play out in the public eye with such detailed documentation.
Oh and if Selena did everything I told her to do for two years do i think i could get her out of her physical and mental health issues?
I have zero doubts. Gimme ~5 years of her doing my ‘fast method’ and i’ll have her looking better than she did when she was 18 ;)
I’m not sure I buy the ‘always orthodontics’ idea. Famous people without braces have also faced similar health or mental challenges.
How do you account for those cases where there is no orthodontic intervention to blame? Seems like a broader issue than just teeth.
I can see jaw problems causing psychological issues.
But I'm not convinced that it's a result of skull pressure, as far as I know, that can be tested for, and ultimately, I don't see how moving the teeth and jaw around would deflate the skull.
Also skull pressure causes symptoms consistent with autism and ocd.
My own hypothesis is that it relates to the nerves which travel through and around the jaw.
As you mentioned, TMJ can cause balance issues and confusion, it can also disrupt heart rhythm and breathing rate.
There are also glands in the neck and throat which can affect mood. Jaw and neck tension caused by poor positioning of the jaw could lower blood circulation and cause glandular disorders.
This would mean that many of the people getting the orthodontics would have had problems anyway, but the corrections made the issue worse by failing to address the root cause.
Pun intended.
