This is your most convincing article yet on the biomechanics theory. I LOL'ed when I read this: "The stories of his drug and alcohol consumption are legendary, even by rock star standards."
Idk about that BS comment up there haha, I didn't know who this was and went and looked up a bunch of pictures before I even finished reading. His facial structure looks great and even more developed than mine at 32 🤣. I would have thought he was in his early to mid 50s, and that's just looking at his face without his hair which is obviously dyed.
Other stars I thought of that have been aging remarkably are Julianne Moore, Charlize Theron, and Hugh Jackman. Also Paul Rudd. There's the running joke that he doesn't age 🤣. And he was voted world's sexiest man by some magazine a few years ago haha
You say braces can affect the alignment of the upper and lower jaw, but what would ur recommendation be for people who would want braces to fix gaps in their teeth?
Genuinely curious since I have kids now and I am wondering if I should put them through braces if there is a better option instead (which I hope there is), I had braces when I was younger fwiw
Thank you, since I asked you that question I’ve been seeing a lot of your posts and learning a lot. I hope you and your family are doing well, you’re doing great things for people like me who are new to this. Peace be with you
Would like to hear your thoughts on people who seem like they have good dental and skull development, but fall apart because of muscular compensation :)
This brought back some nostalgia. As i first read Moreno's book in late 2014 when i was in my health storm and it gave a ray of hope.
I then became just the 2nd person outside of italy to do starecta starting in nov 2014.
And im eternally grateful to starecta.
But i've diverged in paths a fair bit. And i don't really think 'muscular compensation' is any different from any other skeletal compensation.
The skeleton is twisting to some extent but the person still looks good and keeps pushing themselves at a very competitive level.
And so something shifts and compresses the wrong organ and this ends up taking their life.
There's a lot of complexity in the human body and i've seen some people that looked great come down with terminal illnesses whereas ive seen some people that looked horrible last a long time.
the toxic tats tho….and that hair dye job is bad. nobody believes a 60+ year old has no grey hair. it might make you look younger temporarily but it’s so toxic it will shorten your life

But I'm still training my eye to look at the "lines" and the rest of the profile haha.
ill have a look at them and put a couple in the backlog :)

Thank you very much! I really love hearing things like this.
It's been a decade long journey and not an easy one.
Have you heard of Veri Flex night guards? Any opinion if so? I ordered a reviv as well.
this? Its fitted to the teeth so wont allow those teeth to move.
Also it works better if its flat on top. Upper teeth should slide over it and not lock in a position
He looks terrible at 62. I can’t believe people thinks he looks good at 62. He looks like death sucking on a lifesaver.

I have no gray hair at 62 (except a few eyebrow hairs), and my grandmother had none and lived into her mid-90s, FWIW.
