This is a five level game
There are 5 levels of understanding to how deep these biomechanics go
When someone has been on the “TMJ circuit” for awhile… I can often get a bit deeper with them because a lot of the basic principles are already familiar with them.
And so it is at this point that I often like to describe this as a 5-level game.
Let me explain these levels:
Level 0: Teeth (dumb dentists are here)
This is where you think that teeth are just these objects in our mouths that you need to brush and keep clean, but other than that have little functional meaning.
Dentists who hold this stupidly flawed understanding will actively engage in things like braces, invisalign, extractions, etc.
Which are so detrimental in the long-run that I literally think they will be deemed legally criminal in some decades.
Level 1: Jaw and airways (smarter dentists are here)
This is the smarter dentists that understand the impact on airways and the connection to things like mouthbreathing.
Any dentist that has recommended someone to use a Myobrace is probably in this category.
Level 2: The skull and cranial assymetry
This is once you start to understand how teeth and the jaw relate to the skull and cranial assymetries.
Most ALF dentists are here in my view. They often work with osteopaths and go pretty deep on understanding the impact of moving things in your mouth to the the skull and cranial assymetries.
They have the wrong understanding of how things work because they don’t understand soft tissue (I explain here)… but ill save that story for another time.
Level 3: The connection to the spine
This is when you begin to realize the direct correlation of the impact of what you do in the mouth to the rest of the body and particularly the spine.
Some smarter ALF dentists will be here but often not fully understand why the body improves or gets . A select few will have also understood that progress = more flexibility of the body.

Level 4: Connection to neurology & cognitive function
By neurology I mean mental health disorders and neurological diseases (eg. Parkinson’s, dystonias, etc.)
A small group of dentists have spent a long time researching and understanding this area. For example Dr. Brendan Stack or Dr. Jeff Brown, who is someone that I actually went to a few times back in 2018.
I believe Stack was using a high flat plane splint with most patients…. and i totally understand why he was getting the results he was getting. Because that is the correct physics to stretch the soft tissue.
I put together the direct impact on neurology and cognitive function during the 3-4x that I screwed myself up and then fixed it over the past decade. I’d literally turn into a hermit/weirdo and then come back from it.
While also having my ability to think thru complexity jump like 100%+ when I fixed myself. Sounds crazy.. i know. But more on that in the future.
Level 5: This is the root cause of aging, disease and beauty
You will not hear another living human being out there who has claimed that this stuff is the root cause of aging and pretty much all disease as well as beauty.
And the reason is that they never fully understood the ‘soft tissue’ element.
Because it’s very hard to understand the soft tissue element unless you know the ‘fast’ way of stretching the soft tissue… a technique I stumbled upon sometime around 2016.
This is the method I’m using today to take this to it’s final phase… a perfect body and perfectly symmetrical face/skull while doing zero exercise and eating crap everyday at age 47 despite the fact that i looked like a chubby, middle age fart in 2020.
I talk a bit about this ‘fast’ technique at the end of this article, but I do not teach it to anyone. For now it is my intellectual property… lol
You literally rip through the soft tissue of your face and scalp on a near daily basis by doing the stretches i learned. This pic is from 4-5 months back but I achieve some degree of this stretching/ripping everynight for over a year.
And the skull just continues to ‘inflate’ and get more symmetric. As my cognitive and neurological function just keep improving.
I now work from 8am till 10 or 11pm with very few breaks every weekday for over a year. I don’t burn out. I don’t even really fatigue. And i’m 47 years old.
Understanding this game at all 5 levels
It is when you understand the fifth level that you start to make some absolutely crazy hypotheses… for example:
I believe that people can look and function as if they are in their 30’s at the age of 100+ by mastering these biomechanics
I believe anyone in the world at any age and with any genetics can become almost model-level beautiful by using these biomechanics to the end. And while doing zero exercise and eating as much crap as they want.
I know this sounds crazy… but i would go as far as saying that I am very confident that these predictions will roughly turn out to be true within the next 50 years as people begin to understand and utilize these biomechanics.
And so i’m placing my timestamped stake in the sand…. I found and said this shit first baby!
