They might have to wait behind the pharmaceutical companies and a great many lazy, careless or crooked medical and psychiatric specialists, but I agree with you, EGK, that their time will come. Their curve of $pee is gonna get flattened big time...

hahaha thanks Lynda!

Also.. i actually think you can cripple big pharma without even trying as a secondary effect.

Once the world digests these biomechanics.. i think you massively reduce the problems that people are using pharmaceuticals for.

Demand goes away.. pharma shrinks.

AMEN. I had extractions as a child which ruined my face. Then I was assured they had it all figured out and the solution was to give my child expansion at a young age - it ruined her face way worse, recessed her jaw and rotated it downward and she’s only 8! No ortho we see knows how to fix this at all.

This whole thing has ruined our faces and lives and sadly this is a multigenerational trauma at this point. Will have to wait for my grandkids to not make the same mistake.

I hope they don't go about trying to expunge themselves from any liability like vaccine manufacturers did back in the 80s. Here in the states, "record" numbers of kids are entering kindergarten unvaccinated apparently. If they are catching on and sitting on data as you say, this could be their new angle at keeping the masses sick.

I appreciate all of your information. What do we do if we wear an Invisalign retainer now? Thanks for your help.

Expand full comment
EGK's avatar

Remember that the whole point of Reviv is to open things up and get things to expand or 'inflate'.

As you do this, the dental contacts are changing daily.

But an invisalign retainer prevents that from doing it.

So my view would be to stop wearing the retainer and start wearing a rubber guard (eg. Reviv One, Myobrace etc)

The teeth will start moving immediately. But they will go to a position that is better for the skull as the skull expands

Now you tell me! My son JUST got his braces off two months ago!!

EGK's avatar

hahaha

my advice.. view that investment as a sunk cost.

get him on a rubber mouthguard and potentially composite on back teeth.

There is typically more damage (to the skull & body) to come after you take the braces off...

I have two questions about the reviv: first, which side is up? Second, is your mouth supposed to be closed over it or it doesn’t matter?

Expand full comment
EGK's avatar

the side with the square tongue tab is up. see: https://share.cleanshot.com/xmRyKLrz

works either way. mouth open or closed

Makes sense, I sort of figured that out after trying it both ways for a bit. Thanks so much!!

I note that Walter Jackson Freeman II, who performed over 4000 lobotomies, died of cancer at 76 years old in 1972. James Winston Watt, who famously lobotomized JFK's sister, died at the ripe old age of 90 in 1994 and the hospital he worked at still kept up good relations with him.

They didn't go to jail or anything, people just stopped talking about lobotomies forever.

So what is to be done with people who genuinely need dental treatment? What of maxillofacial surgery? I'd say the real villain here is whoever designed the human body. It is absolutely fucked. No engineer worth their salt would ever design anything as fragile and prone to malfunction as this.

Expand full comment
EGK's avatar

i dont think there is any such thing.

I believe any human being at any age can have a literally perfect body and perfect symmetry of the face with wide dental arches if they use these biomechanics long enough.

Plus they'd need the 'fast way' that i talk about.

But i plan to prove this with myself in some months. Then after i show it on myself i will take a small group to prove it on them.

How do I get a myobrace or would it do me any good at my age

I think a rubber guard is an absolute must as u get older

I literally think it halts the aging process and will prevent a person from getting worse. And will start to improve them.

I'm testing my theory on my 78 yr old dad for over a year now.. and so far i think im right

Is the revive 1 the same as the myobrace

Expand full comment
EGK's avatar

pretty much the same. The myobrace is actually a bit better quality

i used the myobrace a1 for close to a decade and tested many appliances that i could source to get something very close.

The myobrace itself costs usually $1k+ from a US dentist as they only sell it as part of their plan.

And the seller on aliexpress refused to sell it to me.

Our facial bones are not nearly as plastic as you seem to think. Neither is the brain, for that matter. Once we're fully formed, that's it, and for those of us who developed poorly, we're fucked. I've never understood this “there has to be a solution” mentality. Why? Why does there have to be a solution? The last time I checked, the universe was utterly indifferent to our needs and desires. Sometimes it seems to be actively hostile to them, actually.

I'm not talking about something i 'hope' to achieve.

I'm talking about something i already achieved back around 2016 and it blew my mind. But then i screwed it up b/c of some wrong beliefs about how to 'finish the bite.'

And now after some years of circling and trying to remember how i did it... i'm well on my way to achieving again.

I do some jaw 'soft tissue' stretches everyday for over 1.5 years and i tear thru the skin on my scalp and face daily as the skull inflates and gets more symmetric.

And my body remodels as well with muscles spasms releasing regularly and lines appearing.

I'm not trying to argue.

I'm just saying.. i don't think i'm going to prove what im saying i'm going to prove.

Im saying that shit is in the bag. And i will make a video documenting the whole jourrney for the past 3-4 yrs, which ill release after im done.

I am about to change this game.. forever.

Just jumping in here, it's really pretty clear that the body is so remarkably capable of change. Like the state of our immune system the way our bones align and fit together isn't linear, or set in stone, even as we age.

There's a group I like called mewing world that uses face pulling in addition to mewing to literally soften and move the sutures and bones of the skull. I found Ken from the group's writings about him, and am eager to try his methods (waiting on my splints), but I wanted to share their page as an example....it's inspiring to me and keeps me going and hoping through all this pain. As are Ken's story and findings!

But if you look at the highlights reels at the top of their pages, the ones called "results" and "reviews," there's hundreds of before and after photos. And ongoing progress photos. The evidence is really incredible, especially considering we've been told by professionals for so long that the bones of the skull aren't moveable past adolescence. There are 60+ year olds doing this work and seeing, FEELING results.

I was looking at mewing and all the before and after photos. I showed to my son, he said bullshit, different person. Is this stuff for real. I would like to straighten my spine. At least get back 2 of the 4 inches of height I lost. I was not born with scoliosis and either squired from 50 years of hairstyling and a couple of car accident . Any suggestions. Desperately seeking solutions

It's absolutely real. I feel bad I keep bringing up their page here haha 😂 but check out @mewing.world on Instagram! They have tons of pictures in their highlight reels. They've had people in their late 60s do their mewing and face pulling program and see good results! Some of their stuff has been really helpful for me, but mewing alone isn't enough for some and can even be contraindicated for a lot of people, me included. There needs to be more foundational work in my case to help everything untwist and straighten. Like Ken stresses here there needs to be lifting from the inside to help the skull "inflate," hence the use of the myobrace and polymorph clipins. Ken has been a really big help for me! I message him on the skool app with questions, and he's got some instructional videos on there.

also the fundamental issue many folks will have with Mewing is that their occlusion has a fixed position.

So if they Mew they will pull it out of that position just a little bit.. but if they sleep without a rubber guard or a flat plane splint.. then their body will revert back.

And so it will be like a hamster wheel unless they are Mewing an absolute ton.

Bullshit. There's even a term called neuroplasticity which is absolutely proven for the brain changing. The bones also change over time as can be seen in the postures of people in specific high pressure jobs that force them into certain stresses and poses.
