(I largely agree with what you've said on this blog)

Your take is interesting, but it doesn't seem like those 4 principles are really useless. From what I've learned, proper posture(including oral posture) is what prevents craniofacial dystrophy. In nature(like without a mouthguard), the only reason people wouldn't have elongated faces and recessed maxillas&mandibles is because of the pressure that their tongues provide that counteract the force of gravity on the maxilla. I've also learned that chewing hard food promotes CCW(counter-clockwise) rotation. I am not claiming that these will work at any age or that they will reverse craniofacial dystrophy, but wouldn't those principles work for these situations:

1. From like age 2(taught by parents) to promote proper craniofacial development

2. At any age for making the, for example, sphenoid bone symmetrical

EDIT:

3. At any age to prevent any further cranial collapse

?

Furthermore in his video on TMD Mike Mew recommends the teeth touching together in a butterfly contact all the time. Which imo is not good.

Also the thing I noticed about him is that in his recent videos he seems to be very anxious, swaying all the time, there’s something wrong about him…
