But did they get diagnosed with an osteopath that they had a particular strain pattern and then say that they got rid of it with RevivOne? No, i have not seen that.
Did i have a number of cranial strain patterns diagnosed on me years ago? Yes. i've been to like 10 osteopaths back in the day and they always found some strain patterns. And while i dont waste my time or money going back to osteopaths.. i would say that it is all fixing.

for example, Mewing World from instagram, has alot of results with people fixing their cranial distortions within a month to a year, but from what ive read so far you say it takes years to achieve results. between your teeth? I'm honestly not sure.. but it will also depend on which teeth make contact with it.
The amount of height doesnt matter that much in my view. Ive tested thicker vs. thinner splints in the past and never really saw a difference.

too thick restricts lateral movement which ive found is very helpful in stretching the soft tissue faster.
