Yes! Exactly...I'm scratching my head at how many of the pieces I experienced on my own, and didn't connect the dots!

have you seen results from people who have used Reviv One to correct cranial distortions?

Depends on the definition.

I studied osteopathy a bit myself back in 2017-18 and had been to a number of good ones.

I would say that pretty much anyone that has brain fog or neurological symptoms by definition is going to have some cranial strains. Because the skull is essentially collapsing in on the brain causing those issues.

And so yes people have gotten rid of brain fog and are improving across a variety of more neurological aspects.

But did they get diagnosed with an osteopath that they had a particular strain pattern and then say that they got rid of it with RevivOne? No, i have not seen that.

Did i have a number of cranial strain patterns diagnosed on me years ago? Yes. i've been to like 10 osteopaths back in the day and they always found some strain patterns. And while i dont waste my time or money going back to osteopaths.. i would say that it is all fixing.

And my function is the proof of it.

how long would it take to fix asymmetries on the face with Reviv One?

for example, Mewing World from instagram, has alot of results with people fixing their cranial distortions within a month to a year, but from what ive read so far you say it takes years to achieve results. Would Reviv One be faster in fixing cranial distortions/asymmetries compared to osteopathic techniques that mewing world uses?

Having seen Mewing.World's instagram i dont think think they are fixing anything.

Who says they are fixing cranial distortions? them? lol

If you are fixing cranial distortions the people should be talking about all kinds of health and functional improvements. As many people that are doing REviv are talking about.

I dont hear that from mewing.world. Do you?

Because in reality most of it is just taking photos from different angles and in different lights, etc.

About osteopathic, i went down that rabbit hole for several years from about 2017-2019. Was studying it, going to some of the best living osteos in the US, etc.

And tried to talk to patients.

I think osteo is mainly useless against long-held body compensations.

in the last 3 months Reviv can probably easily point to 50+ people who have improved all kinds of health issues.

As i was seaching for people that benefitted from osteo back in the day i struggled to find a few. And they were never sure whether it helped them as it wasnt clear.

About how long it takes... since i am absolutely sure that i know an absolute shitload more than these mewing.world folks about how this game actually works.. i guarantee you this.

Reviv will ALWAYS fix cranial assymetries faster then they will.

And if you understand what i wrote about curve of spee and how you will hamster week with thumbpulling without wearing a mouthguard at night... you will understand why.

with the results i've read so far, postural improvements and health improvements are always mentioned in their testimonials and results, i mean its all connected right? its bound to improve

There are many testimonials and results that seem impossible to fake, theres no way it could just be "angles" or "lighting". They also do use for certain cases Starecta, and people report improvements in posture, overall health, and motor function. I’m curious how long it would take to correct facial asymmetries or cranial distortions, because you’ve mentioned working on this for four years. I’m not sure if that’s connected to your own cranial distortion specifically or to your overall posture, but how long would it typically take someone with lateral strain or a side-bending rotation? as for the results from mewing world, I've seen people fix their uneven eyes or jaw leaning to one side in even a month or so, I've personally practiced the techniques myself and i do feel it working from the inside,

From what I’ve seen in the mewing world results , people manage to improve their asymmetries within a few months by diligently practicing certain techniques. I’d love it if simply wearing a mouthguard at night could be faster, but from your posts, it sounds like it may take years. That said, I’d still be interested in purchasing Reviv One if it truly can fix a variety of facial asymmetries and cranial distortions just by wearing it at night and at a faster rate compared to mewing worlds intra oral thumb pulling.

As for Results from Reviv One, id be interested in seeing people who have corrected their cranial distortions or facial asymmetries

i was the 2nd person outside of italy to do starecta back in 2014. I wrote about it: https://reviv.substack.com/p/my-thoughts-on-the-diy-method-starecta?utm_source=publication-search

I did starecta on and off for years. I probably know what it 'actually' does better then the founder even.

Because i was seeing how my occlusion was evolving with a tracking splint and articulating paper, which i dont think he ever did.

About 'how long' i dont want to give some type of time estimate because this is very far from a science. And i dont know how long it will take you as there are many factors at play.. how much you wear it, what your starting situation is, what you do to accelerate it etc

What i can guarantee you is that you will feel it working immediately.

With time as more and more people 'get' the actual mechanics of how this works.. ie. curve of spee = correction of the spine and skeleton

I think people will just laugh at these mewing.world folks.

When you get it, you realize that the biomechanics im talking about are like gravity.

Im explaining how gravity works and how you use it to correct everything.

Whereas thumbpulling without wearing a mouthguard is essentially like saying "I can make a ball stay in mid-air and defy gravity"

Which works on people.. till someone like me comes around and explains to people how gravity actually works.

are you selling the Reviv One along with your "secret stretches" that only you know to gain faster results? Would simply buying the mouthguard for 25$ not be enough to gain these "fast results" that you talk of

id realistically buy the 25$ and just put it in my mouth and see how that works, my personal goal is to correct facial asymmetry and cranial distortions as well as any posture related problems

Its also crazy to deny the results of all these people who use techniques from mewing world, i mean personally ive been mewing and my palate has widened ,i only just bought the mewing world course but i do feel sensations from all their techniques via the sutures they manipulate, and i don't deny your science , i agree with it, i see it as the better form of Starecta too , its amazing you were part of the group and discovered something more

But i wouldn't want to wait years to fix facial asymmetry or cranial distortion whereas I've seen results on Mewing World where people gain obvious better symmetry in about a month to a year depending on the severity of their cranial distortions and asymmetry.

But have you personally seen fast results from the people who have bought your Reviv One in your community regarding Cranial Distortions and Facial Asymmetry? You'd gain a larger audience by posting results of people who do use your mouthguard. i was only able to find out about Reviv One from a single reddit comment

id love to see results of people who have bought the Reviv One and have fixed their facial asymmetries, if you dont have any you should definitely start showing them. i was hooked on mewing world from amount of results i saw ranging from teenagers to adults and people past their adulthood.

i see from the post you linked that you corrected your asymmetry within 7 months in the X Ray image with Starecta , that is amazing, are you telling me that your Reviv One can work even faster than that and all you have to do is put it in your mouth and sleep with it?

Hi Ken,

How many milimeters of vertical height does the Reviv appliance add?

Expand full comment
EGK's avatar

between your teeth? I'm honestly not sure.. but it will also depend on which teeth make contact with it.

The amount of height doesnt matter that much in my view. Ive tested thicker vs. thinner splints in the past and never really saw a difference.

Yes, I meant the teeth. I've found thicker splints really exacerbate my bruxism, that's why I'm asking. Thanks.

too thick restricts lateral movement which ive found is very helpful in stretching the soft tissue faster.
