This is a chronicle of what i’ve learned from my ~10 year journey conquering TMJ and now looking to look & function within the top 0.1% within a year.

I’ve been to top dentists, I DIY’d for years and know almost all the popular DIY ‘gurus’… and my ‘method’ is not some copy of what i’ve learned.

It is something that sits on top of some of their shoulders but is an entirely different approach that focuses on 'soft tissue’ meaning skin/fascia/etc.

And by ‘inflating’ the balloon (your skull) you essentially fix TMJ, improve assymetry, improve neurology, etc.
