the tongue position improves and sits better on the roof of the mouth over time with this process in my experience.
But in the early days some folks have mentioned that its hard to put the tongue on the roof of the mouth. Then things stretch in my view.
Hi, After Marpe, my teeth bent outwards. Does biomechanics fix this situation?

just got the v1 trying this out for the first time. I couldn't sleep with it in, very uncomfortable
Outside of just waiting what else can I do to sleep with it in
wear in small increments during the day as u need to stretch things out more before u can sleep with it.
