I think every kid can be model-level beautiful
Regardless of genetics, diet, lifestyle... if you put composite on their teeth at a young enough age... I think they will be beautiful by default.

Now onto the article…
So one of the many far reaching impacts of this stuff will be on the development of kids. I believe pretty much every kid will grow up to be almost model-level beautiful within about 50 years.
Why do I think that?
Because it’s just logical.
Now let me explain.
I put dental composite on my kid about three years ago
My kid is ten years old now.
He was mouthbreathing from the time he was about two. And I tried everything on him because I didn’t want him to have the problems i did.
For awhile when he was 2-4 yrs old I had him eating hard foods and I was taping his mouth shut as the Mews suggested.
I’d tried ALF when he was 4-5 years old.
I’d even tried OSB when we were in Russia in 2018.
And I’d tried to have him use rubber appliances like a Myobrace for years, but he just didn’t stick to it. It was a constant struggle to get him to wear it during the day. And at night he’d just spit it out, either consciously or unconsciously.
But by mid-2021 he was still mouthbreathing and not sleeping very good. Plus his arches were pretty narrow. He didn’t have the gaps between his teeth that he should have had, so he was definitely on his way to crooked teeth.
So I took the decision to have dental composite put onto his last lower tooth on either side. About 3-4mm of it and it was flat on top so there was no locking occlusion.
I was already using the same principles on myself and so I knew that it worked. And I finally found a dentist in Koh Samui that was willing to do it.
That was when he was seven years old. A little over three years ago.
I am very impressed with the results so far
Basically everything we wanted to improve was fixed.
Mouthbreathing - gone
Airway disrupted sleeping - gone
Mood has improved a lot
Plus lots of other positive things happened… that might also be related to his growth but I think this stuff also had some influence.
His body is getting strong and tighter (regardless of how much he eats or exercises)
Face has developed a lot and gotten more dimension and angular
I expect things will continue to improve in the coming years…. and I am very confident that regardless of what his diet and exercise looks like these coming years, he will have pretty much a perfect body.
Some US dentists have been doing this for well over two decades
So in 2016 I had a US ALF dentist, Risto Hurme, who told me about Planas Tracks. This brochure above is one of the brochures he sent me.
You basically add flat composite height onto some of the baby teeth. And the adult height come in later to the new height.
And he’d been doing something like this on kids for quite awhile. I don’t remember exactly but i wanna say at least a decade or two.
He said he always got very consistent results on kids and the results were phenomenal. It got rid of mouthbreathing and the facial development of the kid always took off.
Still, at the time my son was only about three years old and i held off for another 5 years.
But the message stuck with me. Especially when another ALF dentist that I saw in 2018, Dr. Jeff Brown, said more or less the same thing. He’d also been doing it on kids for a long time with very consistent results.
One day everyone will be doing this with their kids
I am kind of surprised based on the things that these two different US dentists have told me that this stuff is not already much more widespread on kids.
It almost feels like a no brainer.
There are tons of benefits and no risk. If you start at like two years old, my hypothesis is that it is almost impossible not to have a beautiful kid by the time he’s a teen.
Plus I think once this really goes mainstream that Americans will miraculously start to ‘solve its obesity problem’.
Why? Because it was never a fucking obesity problem to begin with. LOL
It was a biomechanical problem that had to do with the lack of proper dental extrusion and arch development when they were young. Which then affected the entire body in a very negative way.
In any case… I predict in 50 years pretty much every parent will be doing this to their child as a standard practice. Kinda like getting your chicken pox vaccine shot.
Haha
I wrote an article on my views of the mews.
I know of them since 2015.
I think they have a flawed understanding of how this works and it’s why mike used an expander that gave a kid neurological symptoms.
Which mike lost his dental license for
Hmm
