I plan to end the "Huberman-ization of America"
Andrew Huberman is the neuroscientist and tenured professor of Stanford that has become one of the most followed health figures in the world.

Now onto the article….
Not long ago I was reading this article by Rex Woodbury, the famous former Index Ventures VC, about one of today’s megatrends that he calls “The Huberman-ization of America.”
And I thought it was a very fitting way to describe what is going on right now.
Basically Rex’s view is that Huberman’s rise is emblematic of a broader mega-shift: society’s growing emphasis on health. We care a lot more about our bodies and brains—and consequently, we’re willing to spend a lot more to make sure they’re in good shape.
Who is Andrew Huberman?
He is a neuroscientist and tenured professor at Stanford University School of Medicine. He is well-known for his research in the fields of neurobiology, brain function, and behavior.
His work primarily focuses on understanding how the brain adapts to experiences, such as stress, vision, and the processes involved in neural plasticity—the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections.
But what is different from Huberman from all the other folks in his field is how he has been able to dumb it down to make it popular with the public.
Prior to him listening to scientists talk about this stuff was extremely likely to put your average Joe to sleep fast.
But Huberman knows how to make it interesting. And as a result he has become mega-popular these days.
He’s got one of the top Spotify podcasts and over 5.8m subscribers on his Youtube channel.
Plus i’ve seen him pop up on all the majors’ podcasts like Joe Rogan, Lex Fridman, etc.
And I managed to watch his episodes on Rogan and Lex Fridman just recently, so it is still pretty fresh in my head.
What does Andrew Huberman stand for?
To sum up Huberman I would say that he stands for this new health-oriented lifestyle which is based on deep science.
It is about understanding how the brain and all the organs work based on the latest studies and then adopting practices or consuming things that optimize for this knowledge.
He brings up tons of shit that I have never heard before. All kinds of supplements with names like L-Theanine and Ashwagandha. And crazy exercise regimes that are based on the latest science, which Olympic-level athletes are following.
He makes it all sound so convincing. And i’m sure that he’s even right… these things probably do subtle things to improve your performance and health.
But to me they are just a distraction from the truth.
Why do I think he is wrong?
The truth is that the biomechanics I talk about here are what rule over health and performance.
The body malfunctions because of a physical collapse process in which the skull collapses in on the brain and the entire skeleton gets twisted and mangled. Thereby displacing and compressing organs throughout the body.
And that this is at the root cause of almost all disease as well as aging.
Do what I say in this blog and take it to the end, and I am very confident you can forget everything that Huberman tells you to do. And you will be far better off in the end.
Huberman himself has terrific skull development.
He did not go from fattie to great body. No.
He went from guy with great body & function before he was ever doing any of his ‘fancy science shit’ to guy that has simply maintained it.
And the fact of the matter is that most guys that had the development he had when he was younger also typically maintained it at his age. So it is not as if he has achieved something that different.
I, on the otherhand, will have gone from having had no side profile (ie. collapsed cervical spine) and looking / functioning awful in 2020 (i’d estimate my equivalent health age was 60+)….
…to looking and functioning better than 99.9% of people my age by the time I am done.
Who in the world will have done what I did? Nobody. Not a single mofo i’ve seen out there.
I plan to make ‘Huberman-ization’ history
So it is nothing personal against Huberman… i actually kinda like the guy and think he is smart.
But he is promoting a dogma that will send many people in the wrong direction. Filling them with beliefs that will never pan out.
For example, take a guy that has no profile and a fairly collapsed skull and neck like this guy.
Have Huberman coach the guy for three years doing all his latest shit.
And I will bet against anyone that this guy will still have a collapsed neck and will not be functioning more than marginally better than he is now. Most likely he will function worse.
Give me this guy and let me coach him on how to do my fast approach for three years and I guarantee you… you will be looking at a very different person when i’m done.
Not just physically but also cognitively and neurologically… he will just be functioning much much better.
In essence, I am saying that I will blow Huberman out.
And since I am very sure that I will win in the end.. i will mock him the entire journey these coming years. Why? Because i’m jaded like that. lol
