I haven't been sick in over four years despite zero effort
I'm confident that it is because of this biomechanical process. And I think everyone can achieve the same.
This biomechanical process that I started in 2021 has done miracles for my immune system.
At 47 years of age I just don’t seem to be able to get sick.
I even tried to get sick sometimes. For example i’ll go into my office soaking wet from the rain and work with the aircon on full blast.
Or another example was when we visited my family in New York this past Christmas. As we live in Bangkok, all i had was more of a fall coat and I walked around in freezing weather for hours around Manhattan with some friends.
I was definitely freezing my ass off. Unfortunately the biomechanics didn’t prevent that part. lol
And this was a day after nearly 24 hours of travel and being very tired from jetlag.
I was pretty much daring my body to get sick. But I didn’t.
And I don’t think it’s particular to me. I think it will have a similar effect on anyone and everyone.
And today i’ll explain why.
The last time I can remember being sick was in 2020
Back in 2020, I was in pretty rough shape.
I had decided not to wear my appliance for almost a year and that is a very bad thing when you have an open posterior bite like I do.
My entire system felt like it was falling apart. I had very poor energy, I was tired by 6pm, my concentration sucked, and I looked and felt like a middle-aged fart.
I'd get sick a couple times a year like most folks. Nothing major, just the usual colds and flus that go around.
But since I started doing these biomechanics properly in 2021, I literally haven't been sick once. Not even a runny nose.
I am the only person I know in Bangkok that didn't get COVID
My wife had COVID. My son had COVID. Pretty much everyone I know in Bangkok got it at some point.
But me? Nada. Nothing.
Also I would estimate that i was in the bottom 5% in terms of trying to protect myself. I hated wearing that damn mask.
Routinely i’d be in places where almost everyone had the mask on except me.
When my wife and son got it in 2021, I even dared my body to get it by not changing my behavior around them at all.
I still laid next to my son as I put him to bed each night and kissed him goodnight.
I just had this instinct that my immune system was too strong to get it. And so I didn’t get it.
I am confident it's because of these biomechanics
Now you might be thinking - "Ken, you just got lucky."
But I'm pretty confident that's not the case. After all i did absolutely nothing that modern science says to keep your immune system healthy:
I ate crap
I did zero exercise
I ate no supplements
I worked late hours
And meanwhile others would go down around me all the time, but i was like teflon.
And when you understand how these biomechanics work, I think it starts to make a lot of sense.
You see, when your skull is 'deflated' and crushing your brain, it's also twisting your entire skeleton and compressing all your organs. Your body is in a constant state of trying to protect itself from this physical collapse.
But when you are in the process of fixing these biomechanics, you are freeing it up to fight.
Think about it - when your body isn't constantly fighting against its own structural collapse, your immune system is free to do what it's supposed to do: fight off actual threats.
I think everyone can achieve this
Here's the thing - I don't think there's anything special about me.
I've been through this cycle of fixing and screwing myself up multiple times over the past decade. Each time I fixed myself, my immune system has gotten very strong like this.
I've also had several people in my test group report something similar. They stop getting sick.
Does this happen immediately when you start wearing a rubber guard? No. It takes time.
But if you stick with it, I think you’ll be in the same boat as me. Because this isn't about genetics or luck - it's about physics.
When you get your skull and spine to start structurally correcting, everything else just falls into place. Including your immune system.
Anyway, let’s see how long my streak lasts…. :)
How does one go about using this appliance if they have Invisalign retainers?
