I purchased support with Reviv. How do I access support? There were no instructions in the order.

oh hey susan, i just checked. Apologies on that.

I just saw that the lady that processes orders for me missed the fact that you ordered teh support package.

She will send an onboarding email out to you today that has the details.

And you should have just gotten an invite to our Skool community.

Exactly the motivation I need to keep going! I took photos before beginning, but didn't yet make a tracking splint.

I almost hesitate to believe it, but I think I'm feeling some sort of change in my back muscles, after just a week! Not quite a spasm, but a feeling like it COULD, but didn't!

I also felt a strange back pain after my first two weeks. Could be a coincidence.

after first 2 weeks of reviv?

Yes. Also a weird soreness on the top left of my head. And my teeth started to separate. A few weeks ago my teeth were so tight they snapped all the dental floss, but now they slide right in. That's how I know something's happening. My occlusion also feels slightly different, especially right after I take out my Reviv.

Overall I'm extremely pleased to have some tooth spacing again, because I'm getting all kinds of cavities between my teeth from them being so tight together

I just started with a couple hours of the Reviv One. I have been doing an intensive stretching program that involves a lot of hamstring and hip flexor stretching. I am still making progress, however, it has seemed to have slowed to the point where it almost seems like a plateau, yet I make small progress still. It will be exciting to note if my flexibility improves noticeably as I use this appliance over time. There are some nutritional connections to facial structure as well that can change things in utero, such as hypervitaminosis A. Fixing both at the same time would also accelerate things, which I can hopefully be a test case (role model) for.

try the 'fast method' stretches that are in the community... this process will always eventually slow to almost a plateau wtih the mouthguard alone

And so u need to stretch at some point

I went through the 26 videos of hers, and did the exercises along with her but she doesn't state how long to do each one. Any recommendations?

i would just decide a fair amount of time u are willing to spend everyday (eg. 20min)

And then choose the ones u like the best. And then try to discipline yourself to the habit
